Yoga and Irish Fiddle Retreat

Join us for a deeply nourishing, fulfilling and relaxing 3-hour Yoga and Irish Fiddle retreat on Sunday, 16 June 2024.

Through gentle yoga, movements, breath techniques, body awareness, meditations and sounds you will be guided on your journey to release physical and emotional tension, gain mental clarity and restore balance in your body and mind.

What to expect from this Yoga and Irish Fiddle retreat:

  • Learn what causes noisy mind, how stress affects our body and where tension is stored in our bodies.
  • Experience release of physical and mental tension through yogic movements, breath techniques and body awareness.
  • Learn techniques to soothe your mind and gain clarity. 
  • Indulge in the sounds and songs created by the fiddle, which can be very restful, reflective, playful and restorative.
  • Be rewarded with a sense of calm and expansion. 
  • Enjoy morning tea with homemade Paleo raw treats.  

We give options to suit different levels and abilities and set your own pace. No previous experience of yoga or meditation is required.

Facilitated by Anna Lakshmi and Tonia 

Anna as been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for 18 years. She has been managing Yogahealth school for 17 years, training yoga teachers, running yoga retreats. Anna has a deep interest in universal laws, how they affect lives of people and conscious choices.

Tonia is a teacher with YogaHealth, who has been teaching for the last 4 years. She has a keen interest in music and has been learning Irish Fiddle for the last 3 years.
